Department of Public Enterprises

Right to Information Act, 2005 has been promulgated. Under provisions of this Act, the Department of Public Enterprises, Govt. of Uttar Pradesh has compiled information manuals for access by members of the public.

Point No (i)	Particulars of organization, functions and duties of Department of Public Enterprises , Government of U.P
Point No (ii)	Powers and duties of officers and employees.
Point No (iii)	The procedure followed in the decision making process including channels of supervision and accountability.
Point No (iv)	Norms for discharge of its functions (Citizen Charter).
Point No (v)	Rules, regulations, instructions, manuals and records under its control or used by its employees for discharging its functions. Government Orders.
Point No (vi)	Categories of documents that are held by it or under its control.
Point No (vii)	Particulars of any arrangement that exists for consultation with, or representation by the members of the public in relation to the formulation of its policy or administration thereof.
Point No (viii)	Statement of the boards, councils, committees and other bodies consisting of two or more persons constituted as its part, or for the purpose of its advise and whether meetings of those boards, councils, committees and other bodies are open to the public.
Point No (ix)	Directory of officers and employees of Department of Public Enterprise.
Point No (x)	Monthly Remuneration received by officers and employees including the system of compensation as provided in its regulations.
Point No (xi)	Budget allocated to each of its agencies including the particulars of all plans, proposed expenditures and reports on disbursements made.
Point No(xii)	Manner of execution of subsidy programmes including the amounts allocated and the details of beneficiaries of such programmes.
Point No (xiii)	Particulars of recipients of concessions, permits or authorizations granted by it.
Point No (xiv)	Details in respect of the information available to or held by it, reduced in an electronic form.
Point No (xv)	Particulars of facilities available to citizens for obtaining information, including the working hours of a library or reading room, if maintained for public use.
Point No (xvi)	Names, designations and other particulars of the Public Information Officers (PIOs) of Department of Public Enterprises.
Point No (xvii)	Such other information as may be prescribed.

सार्वजनिक उद्यम विभाग

सूचना का अधिकार अधिनियम, 2005 प्रख्यापित किया गया है। इस अधिनियम के प्रावधानों के तहत, सार्वजनिक उद्यम विभाग, सरकार। उत्तर प्रदेश में जनता के सदस्यों द्वारा पहुंच के लिए सूचना मैनुअल संकलित किए गए हैं।

बिंदु संख्या (iv)	अपने कार्यों के निर्वहन के लिए मानदंड (सिटीजन चार्टर)।
बिंदु संख्या (v)	नियम, विनियम, निर्देश, नियमावली और रिकॉर्ड इसके नियंत्रण में हैं या इसका उपयोग कर्मचारियों द्वारा अपने कार्यों के निर्वहन के लिए किया जाता है। सरकारी आदेश
बिंदु संख्या (vi)	इसके द्वारा या इसके नियंत्रण में रखे गए दस्तावेजों की श्रेणियाँ।
बिंदु संख्या (vii)	किसी भी व्यवस्था का विवरण जो उसकी नीति या प्रशासन के प्रारूप के संबंध में जनता के सदस्यों के परामर्श, या प्रतिनिधित्व के लिए मौजूद है।
बिंदु संख्या (viii)	बोर्डों, परिषदों, समितियों और अन्य निकायों के दो या दो से अधिक व्यक्तियों के बयान, इसके भाग के रूप में, या इसकी सलाह के लिए और चाहे उन बोर्डों, परिषदों, समितियों और अन्य निकायों की बैठकें जनता के लिए खुली हों।
बिंदु संख्या (ix)	सार्वजनिक उद्यम विभाग के अधिकारियों और कर्मचारियों की निर्देशिका।
बिंदु संख्या (x)	अधिकारियों और कर्मचारियों द्वारा प्राप्त मासिक पारिश्रमिक जिसमें मुआवजे की प्रणाली शामिल है जैसा कि इसके विनियमों में प्रदान किया गया है।
बिंदु संख्या (xi)	सभी योजनाओं, प्रस्तावित व्यय और किए गए संवितरणों की रिपोर्ट सहित विवरणों में से प्रत्येक को अपनी एजेंसियों को आवंटित बजट।

बिंदु संख्या (xv)	जानकारी प्राप्त करने के लिए नागरिकों के लिए उपलब्ध सुविधाओं का विवरण, जिसमें पुस्तकालय या वाचनालय के काम के घंटे भी शामिल हैं, अगर इन्हें सार्वजनिक उपयोग के लिए रखा जाए।
बिंदु संख्या (xvi)	सार्वजनिक उद्यम विभाग के सार्वजनिक सूचना अधिकारियों (पीआईओ) के नाम, पदनाम और अन्य विवरण।
बिंदु संख्या (xvii)	ऐसी अन्य जानकारी जो निर्धारित की जा सकती है।
